Tapered PTFE Liners

NovaGlyde’s tapered PTFE liners are engineered to eliminate the need for manual stretching and resizing during catheter manufacturing. Each liner is precision-formed with customizable wall thicknesses—typically ranging from 0.001" to 0.003"—to meet exact performance requirements. The pre-tapered design ensures smooth transitions, consistent inner diameters, and improved bonding to outer layers, resulting in more reliable assemblies and streamlined production.
